Refund Eligibility:
Digate provides access to official QuickBooks subscriptions, offering valuable accounting solutions. As our products are digital in nature, we can only accommodate refund requests within the initial 14 days from the date of purchase.
Refund Process:
To initiate a refund request, kindly contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of your purchase date. You can reach our support team by emailing Hello@quickbookable.shop.
Please include the following details in your refund request:
Your full name
Order number
Date of purchase
Reason for the refund request
Our Customer Support team will review your request promptly and respond within 3 business days to acknowledge your inquiry and provide further instructions.
Refund Acceptance Criteria:
Refunds are only applicable within the initial 14 days following the purchase date.
Refund requests must include a valid reason, such as technical issues, dissatisfaction with the product, or accidental purchase. Providing specific details will aid in expediting the process.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
Refund requests submitted after 14 days from the purchase date will not be entertained.
Refunds will not be processed for subscription renewals or subsequent billing cycles.
Refunds will not be granted if the customer has violated our Terms of Service or Subscription Agreement.
Refund Processing and Subscription Suspension:
Upon approval and processing of your refund request, we will issue the refund within 5 business days.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please be aware that the timeframe for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution’s policies.
In the event of a refund, your QuickBooks subscription will be immediately suspended upon approval. Access to the subscription’s features and resources will be discontinued.
